| For more then 20 years the Viennese band MIDLIFE GRASS has been an integral part of the Austrian bluegrass scene. MIDLIFE GRASS performs bluegrass music which is, simply spoken, American country music with acoustical instruments and a strong emphasis on harmony singing. A typical MIDLIFE GRASS show incorporates a multitude of musical idioms from traditional and contemporary bluegrass and gospels, to rock and pop material done bluegrass style. MIDLIFE GRASS has performed innumerable concerts across Europe, featured with such popular acts as NUGGET (A), Radim Zenkl (USA), Dan Crary (USA) und Beppe Gambetta (I) as well as numerous performances at the premier European bluegrass festival, the EWOB. |
